Guests must provide ID (passport, driving license or national ID card) and the credit card used to book upon check-in. The card holder must be present upon check-in. Full cancellation policy and charges will be advised direct to guests by the hotel. In the case of groups of 6 or more guests, the security deposit will be GBP 50 per person. The final balance is to be paid upon arrival. Please note that parties are not allowed on the property, and guests found breaking this rule will be charged. A security deposit of GBP 150 against breakages will be charged as guarantee on credit/debit card or cash.
