These apartments offer a very quiet location in the heart of Kaprun and direct views of the Kitzsteinhorn Mountain. Guests have unlimited free VIP access to the new Tauern Spa with indoor pools and saunas. WiFi is available free of charge. Exklusive Appartements are located at various addresses and provide a stylish ambience right next to the mountain bike trail and the cross-country ski run. All apartments are tastefully furnished and have a kitchen and a balcony, patio or a garden. Guests of all apartments can use the garden. The ski bus stops in front of both properties, while the ski lifts are 600 metres away. The centre of Kaprun can be reached in a 5-minute walk from the apartments. From 15 May to 15 October, the price includes the Zell am See-Kaprun Summer Card, entitling to numerous benefits and discounts such as free admission to local lakes and cable cars.

The final cleaning fee is included in the price with a minimum stay of 5 nights. The hotel accepts bookings from groups of more than 12 people only on special request. Please note that there is no reception. Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance of their estimated time of arrival.
