Please note that key collection takes place at the office, located in 4 Grodzka Street. The office is open from 11:00 until 19:00. When arriving after 21:00, keys can be collected from the night guard. Laundry services are also available. Please note that there are no daily maid services, towel and bed linen change. Towels are changed for stays longer than 4 nights, but full cleaning as well as bed linen change is done once a week. Please note that payment is to be made upon arrival.
