These modern apartments are set 50 metres from Madrid’s Gran Vía, 400 metres from the Puerta del Sol. Some of these offer free WiFi, and all include a fully-equipped, fitted kitchenette. A washing machine, tea/coffee maker, microwave and fridge-freezer are all included in the large kitchenettes at the Gran Via Apartments Each air-conditioned apartment comes with a double bed and a large living/dining room with dining table. Bed linen and towels are also provided at the Gran Via Apartments. Express check-in and check-out are available at the Gran Vía Apartments. The building lies near the fashionable Chueca neighbourhood. There are many shops and restaurants nearby.

A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
