The Lisbon Experience Apartments Sao Bento offer different locations in the São Bento, near the lively Bairro Alto and Princípe Real. Each provides free Wi-Fi, a kitchen, lounge area and separate bathroom. All apartments have parquet floors and modern furniture. An oven, microwave and fridge are available and some have a dishwasher. Kitchenware and a washing machine are also provided. One has a view towards the Portuguese Parliament building, 350 metres away. There is a supermarket, plus several restaurants and bars within a 5-minute walk. The Apartments Sao Bento are less than 15 minutes’ walk from Cais do Sodré Train Station. The Metro there provides access to central Lisbon in 10 minutes. Lisbon International Airport is 8 km away.

Please note that from the 1st of January 2016 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest. Please note that check-in after 22:00 is subject to an extra charge of EUR 30. A pre payment of 25% of the reservation total amount will be charged on your credit card to guarantee your reservation. The remaining amount should be paid in cash or credit card (last option there is an additional cost of 2%). Please note that check in takes place directly at your apartment. Please check the individual apartment description for the address and more information. Guests will receive an email with all check in and arrival instructions after the reservation is complete. All damaged items will be charged on the guests' credit card. For bookings of 5 or more guests, a refundable deposit of 30 EUR per person in cash or by a credit card pre authorization is required on arrival. It is fully refunded at the check out or no longer than 24 hours after it - subject to a room inspection.
