The Star Hotel Just 450 metres from West Quay Shopping Centre, Southampton Central Train Station is less than a mile away. The Star Hotel is in a historical part of Southampton, about 650 metres from Southampton Port, with ferries to the Isle of Wight and cruise ship terminals. Bedrooms have a TV, telephone, and tea and coffee-making facilities. They also have a historical connection, as the Royal Family visited in the 1800s. Due to the style of the building, there are narrow and steep stairs leading to the rooms, which may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
