Luggage and ski storage are available upon request. The BreakFree Hotel is located just 20 minutes’ walk from the heart of Queenstown. Kawarau Falls Scenic Reserve and Queenstown Airport are each a 10-minute drive away.

Please note that there is a non-refundable 2% charge when you pay with a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club or JCB credit card. You must provide a valid credit card or 200 cash deposit upon check in to cover any incidental charges. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Please note that rooms are serviced once a week.
