Each room has a balcony, many overlooking the valley and Texel mountain group. In summer, staff organise cycling and walking tours. During the winter, ski storage is available and guests benefit from the Merano-Meran Guest Card, which features free access to local cable cars, public transport, and museums. The nearest slopes are 5 km away in the Merano 2000 ski area. Saltnerhof is a 6-minute drive away.

This hotel is for guests aged 14 and over. Please note that the outdoor pool is open from April until October. Please note that the MeranCard is included in the room rates from 15 October 2016 until 30 June 2017 and offers you free access to 80 museums and public transport throughout South Tyrol, including selected cable cars. Outdoor parking is free. There is a garage available at an extra cost. When booking half board, please note that drinks are not included. Half board includes breakfast until 11:00, an afternoon buffet with salad, soup, and cakes, and dinner from 19:00 until 21:00. Half-board rates on 31 December 2016 include a gala dinner. Extra guests will be charged separately.
