This eco-friendly hotel lies on the East Frisian island of Baltrum less than 500 metres from the beaches of the North Sea Coast. The garden at Naturhotel Baltrum has its own sunbathing area with beach wicker chairs. In 2010 the family-run Naturhotel was officially recognised as being environmental friendly. It lies in the heart of the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park.

Baltrum is a car-free island. Please note that the schedule for Baltrum’s Island ferry is continually changing, as ferry-crossing times are dependent on the tides. The travel time from Neßmersiel Ferry Port to Baltrum island is approximately 30 minutes. For a fee, guests can leave their cars at Neßmersiel Ferry Port, which has a large car park. Please note that WiFi is switched off from 23:00 to 07:00.
