This lovely Georgian townhouse is just 20 minutes’ walk from Grafton Street’s shops and Trinity College, Ireland’s oldest university. It offers full Irish breakfasts and a 24-hour front desk. Dublin Connolly Rail Station and the Busáras, Dublin’s central bus station, are within 5 minutes’ walk of Amberley House. The Gate Theatre is also a 5-minute walk away. Dublin Airport can be reached after a 15-minute drive. Each traditionally furnished room includes a TV, a hairdryer, and tea and coffee making facilities for guests to enjoy. The rooms also benefit from a private bathroom. In the mornings, Amberley House serves cooked and continental breakfast in the spacious dining room. Guests can also relax on the outdoor patio seating area.

A security deposit of EUR 50 per person is required upon arrival for incidentals. Please be advised that only one credit or debit card payment can be made for the security deposit. Individual per person payments are not permitted. The payment will be used to cover incidental items including, but not limited to, breakages, damage to property, additional cleaning costs due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state, excessive electricity usage, and breaches to regulations such as smoking in the rooms or causing disturbance of other residents enjoyment of the property. Security deposits may also be used by the management in the event of unauthorised extra guests using the room and facilities. The security deposit will be refunded upon inspection of the apartment when the guests check-out. Security deposits held on a credit card (via a pre-authorisation) or charged to a debit card will be refunded as per the issuing bank’s policy. Typically this may take between 3-10 working days, depending on the bank. Management reserve the right to refuse guests. Any guests not adhering to House Rules will be evicted without refund. The credit card used to secure the reservation must be presented, along with valid identification, upon check in. Kindly note that Amberley House cannot accept top-up debit cards. When booking 3 or more rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note: Check-in for the apartments is from 16:00.
