Villa Kerasia is set in an 1883 traditional house, lying at the southeast foot of Mount Psiloritis. It offers traditional Cretan breakfast, a pool with hydromassage jets and rooms with mountain or garden views. The stone-built Kerasia Villa is located in the settlement of Vlahiana, 15 km southwest of Heraklion. Due to its position, 850 metres above sea level, the villa enjoys panoramic view over the areas of Kerasia, Venerato and Avgeniki. Kerasia rooms include satellite TV, radio and direct-dial telephone. Their bathrooms have hairdryer and other in-room amenities are a safe and a fridge. Guests can relax at the pool-side terrace and enjoy the views of Mount Psiloritis and the surrounding countryside from the comfort of the sun beds. Following the area’s old trails, guests will discover the nearby Byzantine churches. The International Mountain Track (E4) crosses next to the settlement. Guests can participate in organized climbing groups at Mount Psiloritis. The archaeological area of Ancient Rizinia is easily reached within 2 km from the settlement.
