This central, harbourside property in Höfn is 5 minutes' drive off Route 1 and a 30-minute drive from Vatnajökull National Park. It offers free private parking, as well as on-site BBQ facilities. All rooms provide basic accommodation with shared bathroom facilities. All have cable TV and a washbasin. A daily breakfast buffet including cereals, breads, cold cuts and fruits is available from mid-May to mid-September. Packed lunches are also available. Staff can help arrange glacier tours, ice climbing and snowmobile trips. A geothermally heated outdoor pool and hot tubs are 50 metres away from the guest house. Other area activities include fishing, hiking and bird watching.
