This hotel is in the stylish Charlottenburg district of western Berlin, a few underground/city rail stops from the city centre. It offers free Wi-Fi and a daily breakfast buffet. The Hotel Arche is a 15-minute walk from Charlottenburg Palace, the ICC congress centre and the Messe Berlin exhibition grounds. Wilmersdorfer Straße underground station and Charlottenburg S-Bahn (city rail) station are a 3-minute walk from the Hotel Arche. A free public parking permit is available to guests of the Hotel-Pension Arche. The A100 motorway is just 1 km away.

Guests arriving after 19:00 must call the hotel in advance. A deposit must be paid for the parking permit. Please note that there is no lift at Hotel Arche, and all rooms are only accessible by stairs. Pets need to be confirmed in advance and may only weigh up to 8 kg. The hotel will provide a parking ticket for the guests free of charge. However, guests need to pay a deposit for the ticket and will get the deposit back upon the returning the parking ticket at departure. There is no private parking on site, however, there are many public parking spaces near the hotel.
