This villa is located on the elegant Wilhelmstraße, just a 2-minute walk from the beach with its famous pier. Behind the striking resort style architecture are modern apartments with contemporary English-style interiors, lots of daylight and free WiFi. Guests can prepare meals in the modern, fully equipped kitchen. Alternatively there is a choice of local restaurants within 1 km of the apartments, serving local and international dishes. The A20 motorway is 1 hour away by car. Ostseebad Binz Train Station is a 15-minute drive from Villa Granitz and has connections to Stralsund on the German mainland.

Please note that there is only parking space at Villa Granitz. Guests who are driving are advised to call in advance. The listed city tax (“Kurtaxe” in German) is the maximum per person per night, and may be lower in the off-season.
