Youth Hostel Zagreb is located in the very centre of the city, in Petrinjska Street. The main city square can be reached in a short walk, while the Main Train Station is just 300 metres away. While the single and twin room feature a bathroom with shower or bath, the dormitory offers access to a shared bathroom. All beds feature a nightstand and night lamp, while the rooms offer a view of the backyard and provide a quiet atmosphere. The front desk is open 24 hours a day, while a safety deposit box is available at the reception desk. Public areas are air-conditioned and feature a vending machine for drinks. Numerous bars, restaurants and cafes are located near the Youth Hostel, while several city museums can be reached in a 10-minute walk. The Old Town is located near the main square and can be reached in a 20-minute walk. Please note that guests without a Hosteling International Membership Card pay an additional EUR 1.35 per day for the welcome stamp. Guests younger than 29 years of age pay half of the tourist tax.
