Kotka Housing is situated in a green, safe neighbourhood of Pärnu. It is situated a 10-minute walk away from the beach. A marina and the Pärnu Pier are a 5-minute walk away. The hostel consists of two houses, a main house and a wooden house in the yard. Free Wi-Fi is available in both of them. All the rooms have a TV with cable channels. Most of them feature a private bathroom. There is a shared kitchen in the main house. The rooms in the wooden house have a kitchenette with a microwave.
