Guests enjoy free use of the common garden, which is equipped with sun loungers, parasols and a swing. German and Italian books can be rented for free in the library. Apartments at family-run St. Peter Residence are composed of a kitchen, a living area with sofa and a bathroom with hairdryer. A sweet and savoury breakfast is prepared only on request. Dating back to the 8th century, the St. Peter’s church is right next to the property while hiking tours are organised once a week. A bus stopping 400 metres away takes you to Merano.
