Located over 3 floors, all enjoy views of the garden, pool or the Broadwater. There is no lift access and limited ground floor apartments are available. The barbecue area is located under a sail cloth and is fitted with outdoor furniture. Guests can also enjoy a game of tennis at the on-site court. Blue Water Bay is a 5-minute drive from Australia Fair Shopping Centre and Parkwood International Golf Course. It is a 10-minute drive from Surfers Paradise and a hour's drive from the Gold Coast Airport.
