The Gasthof Forststube is only a 3-minute drive away from the Velden-Ost exit of the A2 motorway. It features a restaurant with a terrace offering Carinthian cuisine. Surrounded by a well-groomed garden, all rooms at the Forststube guest house have a balcony, a private bathroom and a satellite TV. Within a 7-minute walk you can reach Lake Wörthersee and the centre of Velden with the casino. At the bank of the lake there is a diving, sailing and surfing school. The Velden Basic Card is included in the rate and offers various benefits and discounts. From mid-April to late October, the Kärnten Card is included in the rate with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
