This Appart'city is located in the heart of Nîmes, a 15-minute walk from the TGV train station and 10 km from Nimes Airport. It is 500m from Le Parnasse Sports Centre. Each soundproofed and air-conditioned apartment at the Appart’City Nîmes has a free WiFi access and a kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and a washing machine. They are all serviced by a lift. Breakfast is still served from Monday to Saturday and the Appart’city also provides private parking. The residence is close to the Georges Besse Scientific Park and offers easy access to Parnassus Nemausa Aquatics Centre.

For early arrivals before 15:00, an extra EUR 12 fee applies. Please note that the private parking has only a few parking spots that are subject to availability. The reception is open from 08:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 20:00 from Monday to Friday and from 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 17:00 on Saturdays. It is closed on Sundays and bank holidays. Guests planning to arrive outside of these scheduled opening times must contact the residence no later than 24 hours prior to arrival in order to arrange for alternative check-in procedures. Please note that: For stays from 1 to 3 nights, end-of-stay cleaning is included. Guests are expected to clean the kitchen area. For stays from 4 to 27 nights, weekly cleaning is included from the seventh night. For stays from 28 days, cleaning service will be provided every 2 weeks. Additional cleaning might be provided at extra cost. For non-refundable bookings, guests will receive an email after completing their reservation with a link in order to make their payment online. For bookings of 7 nights or more, guests will receive an email after completing their reservation in order to have their credit card pre-authorised.
