In the centre of Leeds at Waterloo Court, the Kspace Apartments offer luxury accommodation. With excellent access to the city's business districts, the apartments feature balconies, en suite bathrooms, kitchens, dining areas and free super-fast WiFi. Parking is available at an additional cost. Modern bedrooms feature large wardrobes, drawers and lamps. Kitchens come fully equipped with utensils, crockery, fridge-freezers, ovens and washer dryers. Spacious lounges feature flat-screen TV’s, HD DVD players and comfortable seating and dining areas. Floor to ceiling windows and balconies provide fantastic views of the city. Situated near to the River Aire, Kspace is in the heart of the sophisticated Brewery Wharf area. Briggate High Street, the Victoria Quarter and the train station are a 5 minute walk. A meet-and-greet service is also available for guests.

For stays over a weekend, Kspace Serviced Apartments will charge a GBP 200 refundable deposit for two bedroom apartments and 100 refundable deposit for one bedroom apartments. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Unfortunately the hotel are unable to accept group bookings, but welcome families at any time. Please note that there is no reception. The property offers a meet and greet service between 14:30 and 21:00 by prior arrangement. Check-in after 21:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 10 per hour, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. Cleaning, bed linen and towel changes will be made every 7 days. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
