Please note that the accommodation has no reception. You can check-in and collect your keys at the Short Stay Group check-in desk at Schiphol Airport or at their office in Amsterdam centre at Herengracht 451. For this reason, guests should state their expected arrival time during their booking using the Guest comments box. The hotelier will contact the guests after booking with detailed check-in information and contact details. Please note that additional costs may apply when you check-in/out outside of the given times. Please note that if you settle the pre-payment with your credit card, the credit card holder needs to be present at check in to sign for this payment. Guests need a valid credit card upon check-in for an authorization of 300 EUR per apartment as a security deposit to cover potential damage and disturbance. The deposit will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days after departure on the condition that no damage and disturbance has occurred. Please note that guests are kindly asked not to cause any disturbances for the neighbourhood. It must be silent after 23:00. Noise disturbance / drug abuse on the premises can not be tolerated and may result in penalty charges or immediate eviction from the apartment without reimbursement of paid accommodation fees. Please note that an extra bed (baby cot) is subject to availability and can be placed in the room upon request. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Short Stay Group will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
