Each apartment is situated in the centre of Amsterdam throughout the famous Nine Streets district, only 650 metres from Dam Square. They have modern kitchen facilities and separate living rooms. The living room includes a flat-screen TV with extra channels, a DVD player and comfortable seating area. The apartments contain either a kitchenette or kitchen for self-catering. Spui tram stop is within 400 metres from the apartments. The Anne Frank House is just over 5 minutes’ walk away. Nine Streets Apartments is a 10-minute walk from the Leidseplein entertainment area. The Rijksmuseum in the Museum Quarter is 15 minutes’ walk away.

Please note that there is no reception in the apartment building so it is important to make a check-in appointment before arrival. Details will be sent to guests by e-mail after they have made their reservation. During booking, all guests should state their expected arrival time, using the comments box. Arrivals outside of the regular check-in hours will require an extra fee. Please note that the hotel does not have a a lift. Guests may have to climb some steep stairs to reach their room. Please note that parties are strictly forbidden in this apartment. Guests are kindly requested to note that this apartment has strict house rules to prevent noise in order to respect the neighbours. On the day of arrival a security deposit of EUR 500 will be taken. This will be refunded if the apartment is in a good state upon departure.
