This cosy apartment house is located directly on the east shore of Lake Zell and across the town of Zell am See. Appartements Kitzsteinhorn offer comfortable apartments with a kitchenette, and a balcony with fantastic lake views. The apartment house has its own swimming beach with a small sunbathing area, a rowing boat, a landing stage and a lakeside terrace. Relax with a cup of tea or coffee in the cosy café or on the terrace, and enjoy the beautiful views of the lake and the Schmittenhöhe mountain. In winter Appartements Kitzsteinhorn are only a 5-minute drive away from the valley station of the Areitbahn cable car, which takes you into the Schmittenhöhe ski area. The free ski bus taking you to all ski areas in the vicinity stops only 100 metres away. A cross-country ski run is only 800 metres away, and in winter the lake is ideal for ice-skating.

Towels are not included in the room price. Please note that check in between 19:00 and 20:00 is only possible on request and upon prior confirmation from the hotel. Check-in after 20:00 is not possible. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the room price. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
