The 15th-century Gothic splendour of King’s College chapel can be reached in just a 10-minute walk, while 5 minutes’ further walk will take you to the banks of the river Cam, where you can enjoy punting trips along the ancient college backs. The sitting room in each Cambridge City Apartment offers a cosy leather sofa, along with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with Virgin Media TV package. Every modern kitchen provides an oven and hob, as well as a microwave for preparing meals, as well as a dining area to enjoy them at. Guests can also make use of a fridge/freezer, a washer/dryer, and kitchenware. Cambridge’s main bus station is less than 5 minutes’ walk away, and Fitzroy Street’s convenient shops are just around the corner from the apartments.

A security deposit of GBP 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals as a pre-authorisation on your payment card. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. It may take up to 10 working days for the security deposit to be released back into your bank account. Check-in for last-minute bookings is only possible 1 hour after payment has been processed. Please note that check-ins before 15:00 and after 20:00 carry an additional charge of GBP 30. The earliest possible check-in is 12:00, subject to availability. Last check-in for this property is 23:00. Arrivals after 23:00 will not be granted access to the property and no refunds will be given. Standard check-out time is up to 11:00. A late check-out may be arranged for at an additional cost of GBP 20 an hour. If you are late checking out without prior agreement, you will be charged 40 GBP an hour.
