Dolce Vita à Nice is set in an old palace dating from 1850, just a 5-minute walk from the Promenade des Anglais. It offers free Wi-Fi access and a private balcony with views of Place Grimaldi. An LCD TV with a DVD player is offered in the studio’s large living area. There is also a modern kitchenette in Dolce Vita, which is equipped with a mini oven, stove and dishwasher. Nice Train Station is a 10-minute walk away. Other local attractions include the old town and Nice’s opera house, which are a 15-minute walk from the property.

Please note that payment by bank transfer or cheque is due before arrival. The property will contact you directly to organise this. A EUR 500 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damage or smoke damage incurred to the studio during your stay. The property accepts cash as the method of payment. Please contact the property in advance to give your estimated time of arrival. Arrivals are not possible after 20:00. Please note that arrivals and departures outside of reception hours will be charged 25 EUR.
