Please note that you can collect your keys during following hours: From Monday until Friday, from 8:00 till 16:00 and during weekends from 9:00 till 12:00 at ul. Św. Anny 5, 1st floor. After 16:00 and until 23:00 during week days and from 12:00 till 22:00 during weekends at the Genji restaurant located in the Nordic House building (ground floor, entrance from the street). Should your arrival be later than 23:00 on a week day or 23:00 at the weekend, please inform the hotel's staff in advance.
