Apartamentos Moguima offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and apartments with a terrace, located 200 metres from Playa Serena Beach. It features attractive grounds, tennis courts and a free Wi-Fi zone. Each air-conditioned apartment at the Moguima has a spacious seating area with a sofa bed and flat-screen TV. There is also a well-equipped kitchenette, and Wi-Fi is available for an extra charge. The complex has a poolside snack-bar, open during the summer months. The surrounding resort of Playa Serena has a range of cafés, bars and restaurants within 10 minutes’ walk of the Moguima. Playa Serena Golf Club is less than 500 metres from the apartments. The centre of Roquetas del Mar and its marina can be reached in 5 minutes, by car.

Please note the snack-bar is open from 1st July until 31st August. Please note that apartments are cleaned and sheet and towels are changed every 4 days. Additional cleaning services and extra changes of towels and bed linen are available at an extra cost. Pets are allowed in the property and carry a surcharge of EUR 3 per night, per pet. The safe is available at a surcharge of EUR 1,5 per day, there is a deposit of EUR 6 for the key to be refunded upon check-out. Please note that the parking is subject to availability and cannot be reserved. A EUR 100 deposit will be charged at check-in for incidentals by credit card. This deposit will be returned at check-out after checking the condition of the apartment. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: C/ Gondola 11, Recepcion Aptos. Moguima, 04740 Roquetas de Mar. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A security deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
