The office is located in: Calle Nuñez de Arce 14, Bajo E. 28012 Madrid. Please note that you can pay in advance and receive the entry codes to your apartment. If you would like to pay in cash, you need to come to our office and collect the codes here. Please note that except for Online Check In customers, check-in takes place at Calle Nuñez de Arce 14, Bajo E, Sevilla or Sol Metro Stations. A refundable deposit of EUR 150 per apartment will be collected upon check-in for incidental charges, only for groups of 6 people or more, or for guests staying for 6 nights or more.
