Santa Ana Apartments are next to the popular Santa Ana Square, in Madrid’s historic centre. Each air-conditioned apartment and studio includes free WiFi, a TV and a kitchen or kitchenette. The Santa Ana Apartments are housed in a classical building with French windows. Each air-conditioned apartment and studio has a private bathroom. Kitchenettes include an oven, fridge and washing machine. The Santa Ana building is just 200 metres from the lively Puerta del Sol area and its Metro station. The Royal Palace is a 10-minute walk away, while the Prado and Reina Sofia Museums are 1 km from the apartments. There are many bars and restaurants in the streets around Plaza Santa Ana. The city's main shopping area is 500 metres away and Atocha Railway Station can be reached in 20 minutes, by foot.

Keys should be collected from the office, located in apartment E in the ground floor of the property. The office is open from 09.00 until 18.00, from Monday to Sunday. Please note that arrivals between 21:00 and 23:00 are subject to a EUR 20 surcharge. Please note, check-in after 23:00 is not possible unless arranged with the property in advance. For arrivals between 23:00 and 01:00 an extra fee of EUR 40 will apply. Check-in after 01:00 is only possible on request for a surcharge. Guests arriving between 11.00 and 14.00 can leave their luggage at the apartments, although check-in is not possible until 15.00. Please note, there are 19 steps to the elevator. Ground floor apartments are available subject to availability at the time of making the booking. Please note that entry by car is only allowed to guests making use of the Plaza Santa Ana Parking, accessible only via Calle Principe. Failing to do this will result in a fine. Please note that a free cleaning service is provided for stays of 7 days or more. A limited amount of toilet roll, shower gel and soap is provided but is not replenished. Extra cleaning service is available for a surcharge of EUR 25. Smoking is not allowed. The bathroom in all apartments comes with a water heater. Once all the hot water has been used up, please allow at least 30 min for the appliance to heat up the next batch.
