Please note that key collection takes place at the Friendly Rentals Office, at San Marcos Street 9, left ground floor office, 28004, Madrid. Reception is open from 10:00 to 21:00. Please note that arrivals outside normal reception opening times are subject to a surcharge of EUR 30. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Friendly Rentals Santa Ana at least 2 days in advance. There is a refundable damage deposit of EUR 200, to be paid by credit card on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
