These apartments boast a highly privileged location close to the beautiful Passeig de Gracia, one of the main and the most elegant streets of the city. The apartments are all situated in a modern building equipped with a lift. The building was built in the early twenties of the 19th century and was completely restored in 2004. These elegantly furnished one bedroom apartments have all modern facilities and a beautiful balcony overlooking some of the main central streets of Barcelona. The area has plenty of fashionable restaurants and cafes and elegant shops and is a few minutes' walk from some of Gaudi’s most renowned creations.

Reception opening hours are from 10:00 to 20:00 and check-in hours from 15:00 to 20:00. If you expect to arrive after the office is closed at 20:00, you must call during the property's office hours to let them know your arrival time. This way they will be able to organize check-in at the apartment. Late check-in will have EUR 40 extra charge. Check-in after 01:30 is not possible. Cleaning: Stays of a minimum of 8 nights include one free change of towels and bed linen midweek. Extra changes of towels or cleaning services are available for a supplement. Group bookings: For reservations of more than 3 rooms, a prepayment is required: once the reservation has been made, the property will contact you to agree on the payment method.
