Keys are to be collected from the Acorn office, which is located at 19 Bedford Place, London, WC1B 5JA. The office is attended 24 hours a day for key collection. All Acorn apartments are strictly non-smoking and a fee will be incurred equivalent to 1 night's accommodation if guests smoke in the building. Kitchens are fully-equipped with basic crockery and cutlery and the cleaning service is weekly for stays over 7 days. This building does not have air conditioning. Children must be supervised at all times and not left in the apartments alone. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
