These new and bright apartments are very quietly located in the Alte Donau recreation area. The centre is an 8-minute metro ride away. The AJO Garden is just 1 metro stop away from the UN organisations and the Donauzentrum Shopping Centre. The property provides a free city map and a metro plan and offer all guests a welcoming gift upon arrival. The completely furnished self-catering apartments offer free WLAN and LAN access. Each apartment has a complete kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Towels and bed linen are provided, and there is a washing machine for common use. You can make free use of the large terrace and the garden or enjoy walking and biking along the Alte Donau. Free public parking is available close to the AJO Garden.

Please note that the apartment has no reception. Only self check-in is possible. All the information and instructions regarding self check-in will be forwarded by the property and have to be confirmed back before arrival. The property is reachable via phone daily, from 09:00-21:00. Early check-ins and late check-outs are available against a surcharge, on request and upon prior confirmation from the hotel only. Please note that the photos are only examples of a specific room type. Actual rooms might be decorated differently and there is no guarantee that you will be accommodated in exactly the same room. A security deposit of EUR 250 may have to be paid in cash upon arrival. It will be refunded after check-out if no damages have incurred.
