These spacious, modern apartments in central Berlin are just a 5-minute walk from the Tiergarten park. They offer free Wi-Fi and great transport connections. The bright, non-smoking Parkapartments - Berlin feature stylish furniture, a flat-screen TV, and a CD player. Nearly all have a balcony. The Wittenbergplatz U-Bahn (underground) and KaDeWe department store are a 10-minute walk away from the Parkapartments. Private parking spaces are available at the Parkapartments for an extra fee.

Please note that the apartments are located in a residential building. There is no reception desk. You will be met on arrival by the apartment contact person. Guests arriving before 15:00 or departing later than 11:00 must contact the apartments in advance. An extra fee of EUR 20 is charged for arrivals after 21:00. Please note that a security deposit of EUR 150 will be blocked on your credit card a few days prior to arrival. This will be released a few days after your departure. Guests paying by credit card must pay the remaining balance 24 hours before arrival. Any outstanding payment must be made in cash on arrival. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
