These budget apartments are located in Berlin's multicultural Wedding district, a short walk from Pankstraße Underground Station. All have a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom. The MM Central Apartments Budget also include a CD player and tea/coffee facilties. Many have a terrace and a DVD player. Free parking spaces can be found close to the MM Central Apartments, and the A100 motorway is just a 10-minute drive away. The Alexanderplatz Square can be reached in around 15 minutes using the underground.

Please note there is no reception. You must send an email to the accommodation at least one week in advance in order to give your check-in time. The contact details for the accommodation can be found on the booking confirmation. You can only enquire about the availability of extra beds and/or baby cots after making your reservation. You are not allowed to play loud music or receive guests at the accommodation between 22:00 and 06:00. If neighbours complain and/or call the police, you may be evicted immediately at any time of day or night. This will also mean the loss of any prepayment or deposit you may have already paid. A security deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
