Just 50 metres from Cattolica beach, the family-run Residence du Parc offer self-catering apartments with satellite TV and a balcony. Cattolica Train Station is a 5-minute drive away. All air-conditioned apartments include a fully equipped kitchenette with tea/coffee maker. Each balcony is furnished with a table and chairs. Shops, bars and restaurants are located in the streets surrounding the residence. Guests have a discount on meal prices at a hotel, 800 metres away. The apartments are 3 km from the A14 Motorway, and a 25-minute drive from Rimini. Private parking is available for an additional daily charge.

Please note parking is provided upon availability. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required at check-in, payable in cash only. It is refundable at check-out after inspection of the apartment and kitchenette. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
