The Capricornign apartment enjoys a quiet location 100 metres from the Crestas Cable Car Station going to the Lenzerheide Ski Area. The apartment has a mountain-view terrace and you can ski right down to the front door. A fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, a flat-screen TV with cable and satellite channels, a DVD player and a washing machine are further amenities of this spacious 3-bedroom apartment. Free Wi-Fi and free parking are available. A public playground can be found right next to the Capricornign apartment. The Clavadoiras Bus Stop and the Lenzerheide Golf Course are 500 metres away. Within a 15-minute walk you can reach the centre of Lenzerheide and the town of Chur is reachable by car in 15 minutes.

Please note that the following mandatory cleaning fees are not included in the rates and are payable directly at the property: CHF 230-270, depending on amount of guests. A deposit via bank wire is required to secure your reservation. Capricornign will contact you with instructions after booking. Please inform Capricornign in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of CHF 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
