This self-catering apartment is situated in the heart of Chamonix ski resort, just 250 metres from the ski lift and the slopes. It is set out on 2 levels and features a view of the Mont Blanc. The apartment has an equipped, open-plan kitchen with a dining table as well as a lounge area with a TV and DVD player. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a furnished balcony. Apartment Rosas has lift access, free Wi-Fi access and free private parking on site. It is less than a 5-minute walk from the train station.

A security deposit of EUR 800 is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable 2 weeks after check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
