Appartamenti Scipas offers apartments set in different locations in the famous ski and tourist resort of Livigno. Wi-Fi is available in some of the mountain-view apartments, which also offer a TV and dishwasher. Apartments have traditional Alpine-style design. Each comes with a bathroom with bath or shower and a kitchenette. Ski passes and discounts for a nearby ski school are provided in the Agenzia Scipas, at via Borch 34 b, where check-in and check-out take place. The apartments are within 200 metres from the ski area and 100 metres from a bus stop which takes you to the town centre and slopes for free. Only a few kilometres from the Swiss border, the apartments are about a 5-minute drive to Lake Livigno.

Apartments are set in different locations in Livigno, within a 3-km radius from Via Borch 34/b, where check-in, key delivery and check-out take place. Apartments' addresses are: Via Saroch, Via Fontana, Via Ostaria or Via Florin. From 24 April to 12 July and from 31 August to 23 November check-in takes place from 15:00 to 18:00, while check-out is from 09:00 to 10:00. During the rest of the year, check-in is from 16:00 to 21:00 and check-out is from 07:00 to 09:30. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
