Free WiFi access is available in all areas. The Schwedenplatz station, with the U1 and U4 underground lines and numerous tram lines, is just a 2-minute walk away. It provides direct connections to Schönbrunn Palace and to the Hundertwasser House. Hofburg Palace is reachable on foot in 10 minutes from the Marc Aurel apartments.

Payment: You will receive a payment link on the day of booking or later for making the payment. The damage deposit (see below) will be pre-authorized on your credit card. Damage deposit: Please note that VISIONAPARTMENTS requires a damage deposit. For bookings up to 14 nights, a fixed amount of EUR 300, and for bookings of more than 14 nights, a fixed amount of EUR 500 will be pre-authorized (blocked) on the credit card on the day of booking. It will be refunded after an inspection of the apartment on the day of departure. Depending on your bank, it may take 2 to 4 weeks until this amount is available again on your credit card. Check-in: Please note that there is no reception desk. You can pick up your key cards from the key box located at the entrance of the building to your apartment. The access code will be sent to you a few days before arrival. You can also visit the office at Marc-Aurel-Straße 7, 1010 Vienna, between 09:00 and 18:00 for any questions. Please provide photo ID: Please provide your identity card or your passport when checking in at the office. If you check in outside the office, please send a copy of your identity card or passport via e-mail or SMS. Required access: Please note that access to the apartment can be requested without prior notice from 09:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday for weekly cleanings or repairs by the property’s technician. Cleaning: For stays longer than 6 nights, a weekly change of towels is included in the price. In case of any damages or missing items, please inform VISIONAPARTMENTS within 3 days after check-in.
