This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. If the deposit was paid in cash, it will be refunded via bank transfer within 7 days and if it was paid by credit card, it will be refunded to this credit card within 10 days or - upon guest's request - on the day of departure. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 12 Miodowa Street, 00-246 Warsaw. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
