A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required at least 7 days prior to arrival for incidentals or breakages. This deposit is fully refundable after departure, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Guests are sent a secure link by City Centre 2 by Reserve Apartments to make this payment. Check-in after 19:00 is possible for an additional fee subject to availability and by prior arrangement. Guests will be met by a member of staff at their booked apartment. Please note that this property cannot accommodate hen or stag parties, or groups of young people without an adult of at least 25 years of age staying in the apartment. Photographic ID is required. The hotel reserve the right to use their discretion in this matter and refuse to check in guests who appear to contravene these terms. A security deposit of GBP 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
