Located a 10-minute walk from Canal Saint-Martin and from Place de la République, Paris X is a one-bedroom apartment with a floral wallpaper, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and an equipped kitchen. After a long day of sightseeing, you can rest in the seating area of the heated accommodation. The bathroom on site is fitted with a shower. Free Wi-Fi access is provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, a toaster and a refrigerator. Guests can sample their homemade meals in the dining area. Restaurants, grocers and bars can be found right at the bottom of the building. The accommodation is 180 metres from Château d’Eau Metro Station which provides direct access to Gare du Nord Train Station and Chatelet-les-Halles Shopping Centre.

Please note that a EUR 200 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay. The deposit will be be returned upon check-out. Please inform Paris X in advance of your expected arrival time. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
