Bellavista Apartments has it's own staff on premises. Guests will receive an e-mail confirmation from the hotel after booking to coordinate check-in arrangements. Guests must respond to this e-mail as soon as possible. The property has an office which is open daily from 9:00 to 20:00. Guests must inform the property if they will be arriving after the established working hours. Children under 4 years old can be accommodated for free in the same room as their guardians/companions. Based on local tax laws, Chilean citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Chile) must pay an additional fee of 19%.
