Situated close to Madrid-Chamartín Train Station, the Kio Towers and Cuatro Torres Business Area, Apartamentos Centro Norte features studios and 1-bedroom apartments and a seasonal outdoor pool. Apartments can accommodate up to 4 people and studios up to 2 people. They all include a seating area, a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette and a terrace. The property has a 24-hour reception and Wi-Fi is also available in the apartments on request. The famous Paseo de la Castellana Avenue is 200 metres from the apartments while Chamartín Metro Station is less than 2 minutes’ walk away. Both Madrid Barajas Airport and IFEMA can be reached within few minutes by public transport.

Please note that a damages deposit is payable on check-in. It will be returned upon departure once the condition of the apartment has been checked. The damage deposit is EUR 400 for stays of less than a month and EUR 700 for stays of a month and longer. Please note that outside reception opening hours (09:30 to 14:00) payments are not accepted. Please note that Wi-Fi is available on prior request and is subject to availability. Please note that there is a refundable deposit of EUR 20 per parking space. Please note that for stays of 7 nights or more, the apartments are cleaned once a week. For stays of 6 nights or less, a cleaning service is available on request, for an extra cost of EUR 15.
