Kitchenette (4 hotplates, oven). Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 double bedroom with air-conditioning. Shower/bidet/WC. Facilities: washing machine. Parking (limited number of spaces, extra). Stepped path (20 steps) to the house. Surroundings: grocers 2 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant, bar 10 m, bus stop 50 m, railway station "Sorrento" 10 km, pebble beach "Marina del Cantone" 10 m.
