Built in 2013, these apartments are located in the heart of Berlin, only 2 minutes’ walk from Alexanderplatz Square and the Television Tower. Free WiFi is available in the entire building. Each stylish apartment at Vision Apartments Berlin GmbH is decorated with elegant, modern-style furnishings. They all offer a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom and some are fitted with a balcony. Guests can prepare homely meals in the fully equipped kitchenette, which includes a coffee machine, a microwave and a stove. Some apartments also have a dishwasher. Nearby there are also many cafés, bakeries and good places to have breakfast. Alexanderplatz Underground Station is only a 2-minute walk from Vision Apartments Berlin GmbH, with connections to Hackescher Markt (1.5 km), the trendy Prenzlauer Berg district (2.5 km), and the famous Museum Island (1.8 km). Berlin Main Train Station (10 minutes) and Berlin Schönefeld Airport (35 minutes) both have direct connections by S-Bahn from Alexanderplatz Square Train Station.

Payment: You will receive a payment link on the day of booking or later for making the payment. The damage deposit (see below) will be pre-authorized on your credit card. Damage deposit: Please note that VISIONAPARTMENTS requires a damage deposit. For bookings up to 14 nights it’s a fixed amount of EUR 500 and for bookings longer than 14 nights it’s a fixed amount of 1500 EUR. It will be pre-authorized (blocked) on the credit card earliest on the day of booking. It will be refunded after an inspection of the apartment on the day of departure. Depending on your bank, it may take 2 to 4 weeks until this amount is available again on your credit card. Check-in: Guests arriving outside office hours are kindly asked to contact VISIONAPARTMENTS in advance to arrange a check-in time and place. The guests can gather keys at a key box in front of the building free of charge. Office hours are Monday - Friday 09:00 - 18:00. Please provide photo ID: Please provide your identity card or your passport when checking in at the office. If you check in outside the office, please send a copy of your identity card or passport via e-mail or SMS. In case of any damages or missing items, please inform VISIONAPARTMENTS within 3 days after the check-in. For stays longer than 6 nights a change of towels and waste disposal is included in the price. Please note that the pictures are for guidance only.
