Located in Parque das Nações, the Expo Oriente Lis is centrally located in one of Lisbon’s main tourism spots. Offering comfortable accommodation, this unit is a 5-minute walk from the Oceanarium and from the site’s scenic riverside promenade. The heated apartment features a living area with cable TV and DVD player, free WiFi, fan, sofa and a dining area. It also includes a private bathroom, equipped kitchen, patio and views of the city, sea and river. Guests of the Expo Oriente Lis can prepare their meals in the unit’s fully-equipped kitchen, featuring a microwave, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and a separate dining area. Several restaurants, ranging from local to international cuisine are available within Parque das Nações and the Vasco da Gama shopping centre, all accessible through a 5-minute walk. The Lisbon city centre, with its various shops, restaurants and cafés is a 13-minute drive from the unit. The Bairro Alto nightlife hotspot is a 15-minute drive from the Expo Oriente Lis. Pavilhão Atlântico, the site of many concerts and shows is a mere 5-minute walk and FIL, the International Lisbon Fair, is 5 minutes’ walk away. The central Oriente train station is a 4-minute walk from the property. It is an 8-minute drive to the Lisbon International Airport.

Please note that from the 1st of January 2016 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest. Free private parking for one car is possible on site. The second car pays 5 EUR per night. Reservation is required. It is possible to book a maximum of 4 bicycles. The daily per bike rate is 8 EUR. A deposit of 80 EUR per bike will be requested. The deposit will be returned if there are no damages to the bicycle. Please note that a deposit of EUR 250 will be charged at check-in. This amount will be refunded upon check-out if no damages are made to the apartment. The payment of the total amount is requested, at check-in, in cash. The credit card details are only to guarantee the reservation and assure payment in case of late cancellation or no-show. Please inform Expo Oriente Lis in advance of your expected arrival time.
