Dream House is a 3-bedroom apartment located in the famous Jordaan district in the heart of Amsterdam. It offers spacious accommodations divided over the first, second and third floor of a historic building and features high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. Dream House features 2 living rooms that are furnished with a coffee table and flat-screen TV. There are 2 sofas in the large living room; the other has 1. The 2 fully equipped kitchens are fitted with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. Kitchenware is provided. There are also 2 separate dining areas and 2 luxurious bathrooms with rain shower. Many restaurants, bars, coffee shops and boutiques can be found within 500 metres. Anne Frank House and Westerkerk are 5 minutes’ walk away. Tram station Rozengracht, with direct links to Central Station, Leidseplein and Dam Square, is only 100 metres from the property.

Please note that 10% of the total price of the reservation is required by bank transfer or PayPal within 48 hours after booking. Without the 10% down payment your reservation will be cancelled by the property. The property will contact the guests with bank transfer and PayPal details. It is only possible to pay with credit card, visa- and debit card through a PayPal link that we send to the guests on request. Please note that the fixed amount of EUR 450 stated in the Prepayment Policy is a damage deposit. It is required upon arrival in cash and will be refunded in cash after an inspection of the apartment on the day of departure. Please note that the stairs to the apartments are steep.
